1. Purpose of Personal Information Processing
Tong Is ('https://tong.is', hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') establishes and discloses the following privacy policy to protect users' personal information and handle related grievances promptly and smoothly in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
- We process personal information for membership maintenance and management, and prevention of service misuse.
- We process personal information for complaint verification, contact/notification for fact-finding, and notification of processing results.
- We process personal information for content provision, customized services, and identity verification.
- We process personal information for new service (product) development, customized service provision, event and promotional information provision, participation opportunities, service validity verification, access frequency analysis, and statistics on member service usage.
- We process personal information for crime prevention and investigation purposes.
2. Categories of Personal Information Collected
- Common: Access information for debugging purposes (IP, User-Agent, etc.)
- User: User unique ID, username and server nickname, user Discord registered email, phone number (optional)
- Server: Server unique ID, ticket message information stored on server, server configuration information
- Payment Information: Payment details (payment method, amount, date, product, etc.), payer information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
- Kakao Login: Kakao unique ID, Kakao nickname, Kakao profile picture, Kakao email, age, gender, birthday
3. Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information
Personal information is retained until service termination as a principle, and can be deleted at any time upon user request.
4. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them
The Company fully guarantees users' rights as stipulated in the Network Act and Personal Information Protection Act.
Users can check their personal information and usage status at any time, and request withdrawal of consent and corrections.
5. Personal Information Deletion
When the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved, we delete the collected personal information in a timely and safe manner.
If it is not information from the user themselves, such as usage records (command logs), it can be deleted at any time. In principle, we retain it for 1 month.

8. Notification Obligation When Changing Personal Information Processing Policy

10. Method for Redressal of Rights Infringement

「Personal Information Protection Act」Article 35 (Inspection of Personal Information), Article 36 (Correction/Deletion of Personal Information), Article 37 (Suspension of Personal Information Processing) applies to requests from public agency heads, and if a right or interest is infringed upon by their decision or negligence, the person can file an administrative lawsuit in accordance with the Administrative Justice Act.
