Terms of Service
These terms and conditions aim to establish basic matters between tong.is service provider, Tong Is (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and users to ensure the stability and reliability of electronic financial transactions.
Services and Fees
- The Company shall not be liable for damages in these aspects.
- The Company may temporarily suspend services for maintenance purposes. The Company may temporarily suspend services for maintenance to ensure smooth service usage for customers.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided through customer support.
- The Company hereby notifies that information provided by the customer support department may differ from the Company's official position or even be incorrect. The Company shall not compensate for any losses due to incorrect information provided by customer support, except during the contract conclusion phase.
- The Company is not responsible for the security management of services allocated to customers.
- Customers are obligated to regularly change their system passwords and apply security patches for their allocated services. The Company cannot be responsible for system security management unless customers use the security management/monitoring services provided by the Company. The Company shall not compensate for losses due to poor security management by customers.
- The Company is not responsible for data loss of allocated services unless otherwise notified by the Company.
- While the Company will do its best to prevent data loss, it is not responsible for any data loss that may occur. Customers should prepare for data loss through regular backups or subscribe to the Company's data protection service.
- The Company is not responsible for services provided free of charge.
- Services provided free of charge by the Company (e.g., free trials, services, etc.) are provided "as is," and the Company provides no warranty or responsibility for such services.
Refund Policy
The Company calculates service fees as follows:
When upgrading services mid-term, fees are calculated on a daily basis. Based on the prepaid amount and daily calculations, additional charges will be billed after deducting the prepaid amount. If there are issues with the charges billed by the Company, customers can file an objection within 15 days.
Mid-term service cancellation proceeds as follows:
- Mid-term cancellation is restricted for certain products.
- Customer cancellation requests are processed differently depending on the payment method.
- Repeated mid-term cancellation requests are prohibited.
Refund amounts for mid-term cancellation are calculated as follows:
- Usage Amount = Product Price / Total Days x Days Used x 1.2
- Refundable Amount = Paid Amount - Usage Amount - Discounted Amount - 10000 (Cancellation Fee, applies to term contracts only)
- No refund will be processed if the refundable amount is less than or equal to 0.
Service Period
The Company's service provision period proceeds as follows:
- Online products are available for immediate use after purchase
The Company's recurring payment schedule proceeds as follows:
- Recurring payments are processed on the expiration date.
